Who is raising was started in 2017 by: Charlie O'Donnell (VC Investor in NYC) and Samantha Batista (Debt/Equity Investor in Latin America) whom were both born and bred in NYC and share a mission of helping the city's startups flourish. The mission was simple, they wanted to get high potential promising startups from this city in front of the right investors.

Over the last 3 years Who Is Raising has featured over 200 startups and has facilitated 100+ connections between founders and investors, some of which have resulted in investments.
Who Is Raising also provides consulting services to select clients (based on the bandwidth of our team). Consulting services that we've provided in the past include: pitch deck creation, business plan creation, growth strategy planning (GANTT), curated investor connections, fundraising strategies and other ad-hoc projects. The team members work full-time, but take on select projects that make sense - these services are tailored towards early stage companies - and therefore are more financially accessible than the market.
